worst experience in my life they give you an automated stupid service you don't get to talk to a human being they stole $112 of my money and they have not contacted me back so don't use them
I used this app before and had no problems now my feonce goes back to jail and i tryed use this access correction to send money and they take your funds directly out of your account and tell u you transaction is declined or they tell you your bank have a pre authorization hold on funds to contact bank and bank mention the authorization transaction have went through must i remind u i have to wait 5 buissness days now to receive money back but me knowing my feonce needs his cantine still no luck

They made me sit on hold for hours just to verify my account like I'm a criminal! I'm trying to send a love one money and just to send 20.00 with a 6.95 fee! They want to rip is up! I will never use this app again or my roommate! I don't recommend this app please go to the kiosk to send your love one money!!
Works but slow. It takes forever to send the money to the inmate. Easy to use
This app sucks. You put in all your information , then at the end it gives you an error message and says the system is unavailable. This is unexceptable, to correct my info, and there is nothing wrong with my email. 😡. This is rediculous that this website is like this, and then you have to call and do a phone transaction which cost you more than it would on the website.
For the last two, when making a deposit from the same bank card, that I always have used, the transaction says I can't use a card that is on file, although it ask me to apply the card info into the portal manually, and then it still doesn't work, and told me to wait until the next day. I don't have a bank card saved on file, and I have been using the same card for years.
